WinRAR is a powerful archive manager. It can backup your data and reduce the size of email attachments, decompress RAR, ZIP and other files downloaded from Internet and create new archives in RAR and ZIP file format.

File is in .ZIP and contains no trojans or other malware.
32bit and 64bit versions.
File is 3.5Mb so can easily be downloaded free if you don`t have RS, MU or HF.

download x64 3.9 setup from rarlabs or cnet
install
copy rarreg.key to c:\program files\winrar\
all done! all working!!
